Ensures that all parts are produced withSDCAD's sense of quality and assurance by producing not only the main equipment that makes up the concrete batching plant and block machines but also each possible part in accordance with integrated production method.

INDUSTRY 4.0

16 fully automated robotic arms used in production

Thanks to investments in digitalization and Industry 4.0, fully automated and high-tech production techniques are widely used in production. Sixteen fully automated robots are used for welding, painting, cutting, drilling, and grinding. Components such as aggregate silo panels and structures, the twin-shaft mixer body, cement silo panels and legs, and cement screws are all produced entirely on the robotic production line, eliminating the need for manual operation.

16 industrial robots are deployed across various production lines.
85% of welding work is performed on fully automated production lines equipped with robots
Nine modern paint booths (four of which are equipped with paint robots)
Two automatic sandblasting machines
Extensive use of CNC machining centers, CNC boring and milling machines, laser and plasma cutting ensures smooth and precise production
Water jet cutting machines are also available
Automated material handling vehicles are also available throughout the factory

Respect For The Environment

All SDCAD production facilities are certified to the LS0 14001 Environmental Management System. Enclosed paint booths protect the environment from toxic waste generated by the painting process
Rainwater is recycled
A chemical waste disposal company handles waste generated during the production process. A unique roof design maximizes daylight.
