SDCAD’s mechanical equipment continues to expand its global footprint, and has now successfully entered Russia, a country with strong industrial strength. A local building materials enterprise with 85 years of industry experience and more than 500 employees, which mainly engages in the production of cement, ready-mix concrete and concrete piles, decided to build a new ready-mix concrete plant in Krasnoyarsk to support the infrastructure construction supporting energy projects in the Siberian region, and chose SDCAD as its equipment partner.
After multiple rounds of technical consultations and demand docking, the Russian enterprise finally decided on SDCAD’s compact concrete batching plant – SDC-Mix 110 Compact. This equipment does not require complex foundations and can be directly installed on flat ground. It is equipped with 5×25m³ parallel aggregate hoppers, vertical cement silos and frequency-conversion shuttle pre-feeding systems. It not only features easy installation and flexible mobility, but also significantly reduces later maintenance costs. The equipment is also equipped with a number of core configurations: an automatic high-pressure spray cleaning system that can quickly clean the interior of the mixing main machine to avoid residues affecting concrete quality; 6-channel high-definition surveillance cameras are installed at key process points to track the production process in real time; the mixing main machine has a built-in visual monitoring module that can directly observe the homogeneity of the mixture. Considering the severe cold and permafrost environment in Siberia, the main structure of the equipment is reinforced with cold-resistant steel, and all electrical components comply with Russia’s GOST low-temperature operation standards to ensure stable operation in extreme climates.
Due to cross-border logistics and on-site construction conditions, this concrete batching plant was installed and commissioned by the Russian customer’s team under the remote guidance of SDCAD engineers. Thanks to the equipment’s modular design and pre-installation process before leaving the factory, the entire installation process was efficient and smooth. Benefiting from the stable performance of the equipment after commissioning and SDCAD’s professional services, the customer subsequently placed an additional order and purchased the same type of equipment again for its bridge construction project in the Far East region.
The Russian building materials enterprise chose SDCAD precisely because it recognized its profound accumulation and continuous innovation capabilities in the field of concrete mixing technology,
