Concrete Batching Plant Boosts Capacity Upgrade in Kampala-Sdcad

A well-known ready-mix concrete and precast component manufacturer in Uganda, established in the 1980s, has completed numerous key public and private projects in Kampala. To expand production capacity and enhance product quality, the enterprise had inspected several equipment manufacturers beforehand, and finally decided on SDCAD’s concrete batching plant after visiting SDCAD’s factory.

In SDCAD’s modern factory covering an area of 90,000 square meters, the Industry 4.0 production line composed of 28 fully automatic welding, cutting and surface treatment robots left a deep impression on the customer. In the end, the customer chose SDCAD’s customized fixed concrete batching plant, which is equipped with a 4200/2800-liter twin-shaft mixing main machine. The main machine features a robust structure and high mixing efficiency, perfectly matching the enterprise’s needs of expanding production and pursuing high quality.
