In the awareness of this, SDCAD has expanding its production facilities since its foundation in 1995 and now SDCAD has been carrying out its manufacturing activities with its experienced staff and by using modern manufacturing technologies in its 2 factories having 390000 m² production area in Cherkezkoy.

Industry 4.0 transformation

Thanks to investments in digitalization and Industry 4.0, the SDCAD factory utilizes fully automated and high-tech production technologies throughout. Sixteen fully automated robots are used throughout the production process for welding, painting, cutting, drilling, and grinding. Components such as aggregate silo panels and structures, the twin-shaft mixer body, cement silo panels and legs, and cement screws are produced entirely on robotic production lines, eliminating the need for manual operation. In addition to robotic arms, production utilizes a variety of automated handling systems, customized equipment, and specialized assembly equipment to ensure consistently high quality and efficient production.
