A ready-mix concrete enterprise in Canada purchased a customized concrete batching plant from SDCAD to ensure the supply of high-quality concrete for a new power plant project in Alberta. Led by a local Canadian energy group, this power plant is built to enhance the power transmission capacity in the northern part of the region. Due to the project’s strict requirements for concrete strength and stability, SDCAD’s equipment solution was ultimately selected.
This concrete batching plant is equipped with an SDCAD 4800/3200-liter twin-shaft mixing main machine, with a concrete output of up to 135 cubic meters per hour and a single-cycle mixing volume of 3.2 cubic meters. It is also fitted with 5 units of 28-cubic-meter V-type aggregate storage bins and 4 units of 120-ton cement silos, which can efficiently meet the continuous material supply needs for the power plant’s foundation pouring and equipment base construction.
