Custom Asphalt Mixing Plant Serves Lagos Infrastructure

A Nigerian asphalt production enterprise decided to build a new modern asphalt production facility due to its rapid business growth. As a local enterprise focusing on high-quality asphalt supply, it has always prioritized product quality, so it ultimately chose the asphalt mixing plant solution provided by SDCAD.

SDCAD customized the SDC-Asphalt 110 Compact asphalt mixing plant for it, equipped with 5×28 m³ in-line aggregate storage bins. In the plant, aggregates are transported to the mixing main machine via scraper conveyors. Moreover, the plant adopts an underground zero-position design for the scraper receiving pit, which is used to hold the metered aggregates. This design greatly reduces the floor space occupied by the asphalt mixing plant and minimizes the height of the feeding ramp, adapting well to local site conditions.
