Custom Grout Batching Plant Solves Special Formula Challenges-Sdcad

A Vietnamese enterprise specializing in the production of outdoor barbecue furniture and open-air kitchen equipment needed a device capable of accurately mixing special grout materials to ensure the high strength and durability of product bases. Leveraging its technical advantages in customized mixing equipment, SDCAD became its preferred partner and created an exclusive grout batching plant for the enterprise.

This grout batching plant was precisely designed to meet the enterprise’s needs: it only adapts to fine raw materials that can be conveyed by screws (such as special cement, glass fiber, modified additives, etc.). The liquid batching link is equipped with a high-precision electromagnetic flowmeter, and the solid raw material conveying system is fitted with a servo frequency conversion motor. Under the dual guarantee, the weighing accuracy is controlled within ±0.5%. The automated control system exclusively developed by SDCAD for the plant can adjust the rotation speed (adjustable from 50 to 120 rpm) of the 600/400-liter twin-shaft mixing main machine in real time according to the material mixing status. By dynamically adjusting the mixing intensity, it maximizes the uniformity and fluidity of the grout material, perfectly matching the pouring needs of outdoor furniture bases.
