Asphalt mixing plant

Asphalt mixing plants come in different types to match project needs, capacity, and environmental factors. Choosing the right one improves efficiency, cost control, and asphalt quality. Below are the main types of asphalt plants and their benefits.

Different types of asphalt mixing plants

1

Containerised Asphalt Plant

The key advantage of the LB-CN asphalt mixing plant lies in its modular structure. High-tech components can be quickly and easily upgraded using a plug-and-play approach. This high degree of mobility provides optimal flexibility. It is suitable not only for fixed-location operations but also for rapid response to on-site changes without compromising product quality, which is crucial for large, temporary construction sites.

1

Stationary Asphalt Plant

The LB-S series asphalt mixing plant is a stationary intermittent asphalt mixing plant designed specifically for producing high-quality hot-mix asphalt (HMA). The LB-S series stationary asphalt mixing plant is a classic best-selling model from SDCAD, characterized by high efficiency and high output, suitable for road construction and repair, especially for large-scale, high-grade road construction projects.

Mobile Asphalt Mixing Plant

The LB-M series asphalt mixing plant is a mobile, intermittent asphalt mixing plant primarily used in small to medium-sized road projects requiring high mobility and frequent relocation. This mobile intermittent asphalt mixing plant integrates screening, heat storage, weighing, and mixing functions onto a single folding frame, enabling a monorail tracked mixing tower. The mobile asphalt mixing plant is designed for easy assembly and disassembly, facilitating frequent relocation from one construction site to another, thereby minimizing the time and costs associated with disassembly, transportation, and reassembly.

1

Mobile Drum Mix Plant

The LB-CM series drum asphalt mixing plant is an optimized and redesigned version of our stationary continuous asphalt mixing plant and semi-mobile continuous asphalt mixing plant. With a production capacity ranging from 20 tons/hour to 200 tons/hour, it is widely used in road construction and can be installed either mobile or stationary. Currently, our drum asphalt mixing plants have been exported to Europe, Africa, North America, and other regions.
