Two Sets of Equipment Launch to Boost Local Asphalt Production and Environmental Upgrade

In recent months, SDCAD has completed the installation and commissioning of asphalt mixing plants and asphalt recycling systems for different clients in Ukraine. Among them, a ready-mix asphalt producer in Lviv finally selected SDCAD’s SDC-Asphalt 30 Compact asphalt mixing plant.

This compact equipment is equipped with a 60-ton asphalt storage tank and 5×8 m³ aggregate storage bins, and only requires a small space of 13×17 meters for installation (including the aggregate loading ramp). If matched with a small loader for feeding, the floor space can be further reduced. The equipment is fitted with an 800/550-liter twin-shaft mixing main machine, which can produce up to 32 cubic meters of qualified asphalt mixture per hour.

At the same time, the SDC-Recycle 12 asphalt recycling system built by SDCAD for a large ready-mix asphalt enterprise in Kyiv has also been successfully put into use. The enterprise’s raw material supply comes from 18 asphalt mixing plants in multiple cities in Ukraine. This recycling system can process 12 cubic meters of waste asphalt per hour, and is equipped with a dual-station cleaning bin that can clean two asphalt tankers at the same time. The system adds a 30-ton ground water storage tank, eliminating the need to build a separate reclaimed water pool, and the entire system can be installed and deployed on the ground.
